After nearly two decades in international education, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it can be when a school commits to becoming a true learning community. I’ve also seen how hard it can be to get there—especially when the vision is unclear or the structures aren’t yet in place to support deep collaboration.
That's why I’ve launched my own consulting business: to help schools move from intention to implementation when it comes to learning communities.
Whether you're just beginning to explore the concept or you're deep in the process and feeling stuck, I can help you:
Clarify your community’s shared purpose
Design structures that support trust and collaboration
Coach teacher teams through real challenges
Use models like Knoster’s to guide change with clarity and care
Align your work with your school's vision, mission, or the IB PYP
I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve worked and led teacher teams in schools where the learning community model was thriving, and I’ve worked in places where we were building it from scratch. I’ve seen what works—and what gets in the way.
Now, I work side-by-side with school leaders and teams to co-create strategies that are practical, sustainable, and rooted in shared values. My consulting style is hands-on, responsive, and grounded in the belief that educators are at their best when they feel empowered and supported.
If your school is ready to transform the way educators collaborate, grow, and lead together, I’d love to work with you.
